Price of extras
Enter the list price, including VAT or any extras added to the car. Don't include any accessories that you own yourself.
One off capital contributions
The first £5,000 you pay towards the cost of buying the car, will reduce the value of the car as a benefit to you. Your contribution to the cost of any accessories count, as long as the cost of these extras is included above.
Annual amount you pay
If your employer requires you to make payments to have the car available for private use, enter the annual amount here. This will reduce the tax you pay. Don't include the cost of fuel.
The P11D value is used to calculate how much tax you will pay. It's based on the car's UK list prices, plus delivery charges, number plates, and the cost of any extras paid for by your employer. It also includes VAT.
Tax on company cars is now based on carbon monoxide emissions.
